Due to the nature of electric vehicles, all electric bike and electric scooter sales are FINAL.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once the product leaves the store.
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
• Item is unused
• Item is in original, unopened packaging
• Original receipt is provided
• Return is requested within 14 days of purchase
Opened, used, installed, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
⚠️ Electric Bike Legal & Warranty Policy
Some electric bicycles sold by Aventura E-Bike Shop may exceed Florida’s legal electric bicycle classification of 750 watts (Class 1–3).
Electric bicycles that exceed these limits may be subject to additional regulations when operated on public roads, bike lanes, or sidewalks. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to the use and operation of electric bicycles and electric scooters.
Electric bicycles and electric scooters sold by Aventura E-Bike Shop include a manufacturer’s limited warranty, which is typically valid for one (1) year, subject to the manufacturer’s specific terms and conditions.
Aventura E-Bike Shop acts as an authorized retailer and will assist customers with warranty-related support, diagnostics, and communication with the manufacturer when applicable.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper charging
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Water damage beyond manufacturer specifications
• Failure to follow manufacturer care, charging, or storage instructions
All warranty decisions, approvals, and coverage are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Battery packs and electrical components are covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must follow all manufacturer-recommended guidelines related to charging, storage, and general use.
