By purchasing an electric bicycle or electric scooter from Aventura E-Bike Shop, the customer agrees to:
• Operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
• Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines
• Ensure proper maintenance, charging, and storage
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Determine whether registration, insurance, or additional licensing is required based on vehicle specifications and intended use
